Under this initiative, TPCODL distributed 200 mobile phones to lucky winners across 20 divisions in events hosted at 16 locations including Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Puri, Angul, and Dhenkanal, among others. These rewards are a testament to the responsible billing practices of customers, recognizing their commitment to timely payments.


The "Bill Pay and Win Scheme" operates on the premise of maintaining a zero-arrear status at the end of each month. Customers adhering to this criterion stand a chance to win one of the 200 mobile phones available monthly through a Lucky Draw. To further incentivize timely payments, TPCODL offers a 4% Digital Rebate and a 10 Paise/unit prompt payment rebate.
