Berhampur, 10 March 2022: TP Southern Odisha Distribution Limited (TPSODL), the joint venture between Tata Power and Odisha Government for power distribution in Southern Odisha, has rolled out interactive WhatsApp services as a step to provide value added services to customers. For the ease and convenience of consumers, this service will be available round the clock through WhatsApp number +91-7777002375.
The WhatsApp service will provide a holistic customer experience by quick resolution of consumer queries and concerns such as Duplicate E-bills, mobile number & e-mail ID registration, real time complaint registration along with status updates for the same. Any registered customer can instantly view and download the current month’s bills. In addition to WhatsApp service, customer concerns and queries are also being addressed by TPSODL on their Toll free no 1800-345-6797/1912 or customercare@tpsouthernodisha.comon a real-time basis.
